Two new research centres have recently opened in Experimental Psychology a part of the new NIHR Clinical Research Facility in Oxford Cognitive Health.

The Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (OXCADAT) is led by Professors David Clark and Anke Ehlers and focuses on developing new approaches to anxiety disorders and traumatic stress disorder, along also with disseminating practice into the NHS.

The Oxford Cognitive Neuropsychology Centre (CNC) is led by Professors Glyn Humphreys, Masud Husain and Jane Riddoch. This Centre is focused on developing new diagnostic measures and rehabilitation procedures for patients with neurological impairments. The new centres form part of a developing strand of translational neuroscience within Experimental Psychology.
