I am working on integrated methods for the analysis of structural brain imaging data. My focus is on obtaining high quality segmentations of the subcortical structures in both state-of-the art data and in more traditional clinical scans. The use of multiple MRI scans with different contrasts significantly improves the quality of such segmentations and I am currently investigating the use of similar approaches to the cortical and cerebellar analysis streams.
