Research Manager
I am a Research Manager within the Department of Psychiatry. I support researchers who are seeking funding to navigate the internal and external administrative processes around applying for grants and/or philanthropic funding. I facilitate departmental support for grant applications, liaising closely with applicants, the Associate Head of Department for Research and the Finance Team to ensure any grant submissions are optimal. I support the Unit of Assessment 4 (Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience) Coordinator for REF 2021 in coordinating our submission, in particular around eligibility, outputs and environment. I am the Open Access Monitor for the Department of Psychiatry and provide support around Symplectic and ORA.
